We have a stand of laurel trees that are from a hedge that has not been cut in many years. There is a pile of logs 3" or better around. They are free for the taking. If you want to cut more from the monster hedge, be my guest. The wood is very hard and may be suitable for firewood or someone who works with wood turning and looking for an exotic wood.
